Fairy Tale meets Mission Impossible at Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farms!

The Groom and Helicopter at Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm

The Groom and Helicopter at Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm

My wedding day was one of the most amazing days of my life...I know everyone says that, but it was truly the greatest event I've ever been to! We planned it in 3 months, found the perfect location and had a great party! My husband is obsessed with helicopters, while I really wanted the horse drawn carriage "grand entrance", and beleive or not, we managed to find the pefect location that was adventurous enough to accommodate us both!

As I am pulling up in my horse-drawn carriage, the guests are Oo'ing and Ah'ing, and all of a sudden the beautiful music screetches to a halt, and on comes the "Mission Impossible" theme song. Needless to say the guests were confused by this sudden change, but soon looked to the sky, in time to see the helicopter buzz the crowd and land 100 feet behind them! Out pops the groom, to join his bride at the alter on the stone steps under the beautiful maple trees at Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm.

Because our venue allowed outdoor weddings and had ample space, we were able to land a helicopter, with 150 guests staring in jaw-dropping disbelief, while I still had my fairy tale carriage ride with my dad and a wonderful dinner and reception in their enormous hall!
