Saunders Farm

Three words sum up what we think of Saunders Farm...SO MUCH FUN! After years of living in Ottawa we finally took a day out with friends and headed to Saunders. We are all so glad we did!

They offer a lot of various activities but we had a hilarious time trying to figure out all the mazes. They have 11 mazes for all different skill levels. Why not come out and try one for yourself? You can do it with friends or race each other to the finish (be careful – don't knock anyone over when you are in there)!

Besides all the mazes, we were so impressed with all the other activities that the Farm had to offer as well:

• North America's largest collection of hedge mazes and labyrinths
• water area
• play area
• hayrides
• observation areas
• a stage for shows
• picnic areas
• gift shop with really unique gift ideas
• and so much more!

• June 24 – September 1, 2008
• Opening Hours are 10am – 5pm daily

Here is information on their Haunting Season (October):

• 2008 dates to be confirmed
• Opening Hours vary so call ahead in advance (please note that some nights may be too scary for children to attend)

Here is information on their Christmas Season:

• December 6 – 21, 2008 (Saturdays & Sundays only)
• Opening Hours are 10am – 4pm
• Activities include wagon rides, a Kids Discovery Barn, visits from Santa and much more

The Farm is a great place for work parties, picnics, team building seminars and more. They can accommodate groups from 50 to 5000. Just imagine how much fun you can have at your next office party!

Remember that the Farm is for all age groups. We saw all different age groups having an amazing time with their family and friends. When we went recently, there wasn't a single person under the age of 30 and we were all having just as much fun as the kids!
