Found all over the city. This is a free newspaper.
You can buy a newspaper at all convenience stores and there are also boxes on a lot of street corners too. If you are staying in a hotel in Ottawa you may want them to deliver one to your hotel room. There are also a few free papers that you can peruse while on the bus, such as Metro or 24.
