We had to create a page on MORE events in Ottawa because there is just so much happening here. As you are probably aware, we have another Events & Festivals in Ottawa section but that features the larger events that take place every year and attract a larger audience.
Having said that though, there are hundreds of other smaller events at various venues across the city to go to. Some of them don’t happen every year which is why we made this section.
We even enjoy some of these smaller events more then the larger events. Sometimes they are more intimate, sometimes they are raising money or awareness for a great cause and some are just in our neighbourhood so we don’t have to drive too far.
We have asked organizers and our readers to submit the information for their upcoming event. These are the events that we are going to feature in this section.
